Triin Ruubel

Triin Ruubel studied in the Tallinn Music High School which she graduated in 2007. In 2006 she joined the class of Prof. Petru Munteanu as a pre-college student at the University of Music and Theatre in Rostock and in 2007 she started her studies there.
She has taken part in many national and international competitions, such as: National String Players Competition (2001, II Prize), International Competition „Young Musician“ in Tallinn (2002, III Prize), ESTA National Competition for Strings (2003, III Prize; 2005, II Prize), International Violin Competition „Remember Enescu“ in Sinaia, Romania (2005, Grand Prix), Kloster Schöntal International Violin Competition in Germany (2007, II Prize and special prize for best interpretation of the Brahms Sonata; 2009 I Prize, Reinholdt Würth special prize and special prize „Virtuose“), International Violin Competition in Avignon, France (2009, III Prize). In 2010 she won the audience Prize at the international Competition „Premio Rodolfo Lipizer“ in Italy.
